Grad na Gori – our highlights

The funding supported regular open musical evenings or weekends with musicians from home and abroad.
On six evenings, there were six-hour meetings with live music and encounters. Musicians and guests came from all over the region.

Furthermore, a room was rented for a band, where rehearsals could be held and the regular use of the band could be prepared.
Regular rehearsals for smaller events took place there, involving several young people and adults.

Highlight in 2020

The highlight was a 24-hour meeting in October, which was also attended by numerous musicians and guests from abroad, including Kosovo, Croatia, Sweden and Finland.

Humanitarian work among refugees and the poor

The association supported a pastor from Pakistan who was persecuted for his faith, both materially and in applying for asylum here in the country and in advocating for other refugees.

Maintenance of a painting workshop

A painting workshop was run to provide a platform for interested people to express themselves creatively.

Establishment and accommodation of a sewing workshop to conduct trainings

A sewing workshop was set up with partners to run courses for children, young people and adults. This is intended to help women in particular to get an opportunity for independent work.
